Pupils must try to put 100% attendance during the attendance during the academic year. In this regard we expect the full co-operation of the parents. Parents are requested to seek leave for their children only in unavoidable circumstances. Pupils with inadequate attendance will not be allowed to appear for the annual examination.
Pupils must be punctual to class every day. For students in class X, +1 and +2, taking leave for half day, written permission of the principal must be sought and they must submit the filled absentees slip, getting signs from all department teachers. Absence of five continuous days will be taken to mean that the pupil has left the school. His readmission is only at the discretion of the principal. If he is to be readmitted he will have to pay a fine of Rs.100/-.
Working days are from Monday to Friday, unless otherwise notified. All lost working days will be compensated on Saturdays. For the academic excellence of the student community, if and when necessary Saturdays can be declared as working days by the principal. No school business will be transacted during holidays.
Pupils are not allowed to meet the parents, visitors or leave the school premises during the working hours.
